 As an Assistant Manager &ndash; Networks, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization&rsquo;s network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security. The role involves leading network operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting strategic network initiatives.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks of an organization to ensure maximum uptime for users.
 </li>
 <li>
 The role can include designing system configurations, documenting and managing the installation of a new network, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
 </li>
 <li>
 Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, WAN accelerators.
 </li>
 <li>
 Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
 </li>
 <li>
 Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability
 </li>
 <li>
 Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
 </li>
 <li>
 IPSEC VPN tunneling SSL VPN
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in FortiGate Installation/Configuration
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in wireless technologies like Ruckus &amp; Unifi.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in Cisco Routing &amp; switching.

 Required Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;4 years of experience in network administration/engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of network security principles and best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
 </li>
