 As a Senior Systems Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide continuous support and enhancement for essential IT systems and their underlying infrastructure in an environment primarily reliant on Sage ERP. Your role will be centered around driving technological innovation and advancement within the organization. You will deliver initial and secondary support to approximately 200 users across multiple legal entities, addressing IT incidents through the help desk.
