Role Summary:

As an Operational Excellence Analyst , you will support initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, and implement sustainable solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the design and execution of Lean , Six Sigma , Kaizen , and other continuous improvement strategies .
• Assist in process mapping and documentation (current state vs. future state) to guide optimization efforts.
• Build dashboards and generate performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Help develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , operational standards, and improvement plans.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to foster change and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvement initiatives .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Operations Management , Business Administration , or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in operational excellence , process improvement , or performance analysis .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint , and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI , Tableau ).
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio ).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (both written and verbal) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
