Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator with a strong background in inventory management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting operational processes across various departments. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring smooth operations and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Oversee and manage inventory levels, including monitoring stock, ordering supplies, and ensuring the availability of necessary materials. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
Order Fulfillment & Tracking
Coordinate the timely ordering and delivery of materials and supplies. Track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery of goods.
Stock Control
Monitor stock rotation and prevent overstocking or stockouts. Perform regular inventory counts and audits, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved quickly.
Vendor Management
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Negotiate pricing and terms to secure favorable agreements for the company.
Operational Coordination
Assist in coordinating daily operational tasks across various departments, ensuring that production, warehouse, and shipping teams operate efficiently and effectively.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate inventory reports, monitor inventory trends, and provide recommendations for optimizing stock levels, minimizing waste, and improving cost efficiency.
Process Improvement
Continuously review inventory management processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the overall operations workflow.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operational flow and alignment of inventory with business needs.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure inventory and operational procedures comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Inventory Management:
Proven experience in managing inventory and operational coordination, including stock control, order fulfillment, and vendor management.
Strong Organizational Skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention To Detail
Ability to pay close attention to details to ensure accuracy in inventory records, order tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency With Inventory Software
Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities
Ability to identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and resolve problems quickly.
Time Management
Strong time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.
Teamwork

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in operations coordination, inventory management, or related roles.
Experience with procurement, logistics, or warehouse management is a plus.
