Essential Functions<ul><li>Execute day-to-day accounting transactions, including journal entries and reconciliation.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in general ledger.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, and reports.</li><li>Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Supervisor in financial analysis and performance evaluation.</li></ul>Duties And Responsibilities<ul><li>Support general ledger activities and assist in month-end and year-end closings</li><li>Participate in account reconciliation and validation of financial data.</li><li>Assist in ensuring compliance with Zakat regulations and contribute to the preparation of Zakat filings.</li><li>Assist in internal audits to identify areas for improvement in financial controls.</li><li>Manage and control accounts payable activities, office expenses, and customer discounts in line with approved budgets and company policies.</li><li>Coordinate with banks, governmental bodies, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and regulatory compliance.</li></ul>Qualification, Education, Training &amp; Certification required<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.</li></ul>Minimum Experience &amp; Skills Required<ul><li>Minimum 4-5 years of progressive accounting experience.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.</li><li>Proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
