You will be responsible for ensuring our equipment is safe, reliable, and ready to work, directly impacting our operational success and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the Workshop Team: Schedule, supervise, and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.</li><li>Drive Maintenance Programs: Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.</li><li>Manage Repairs: Diagnose complex issues, prioritize repair jobs, and ensure all work is completed correctly, on time, and within budget.</li><li>Control Inventory &amp; Costs: Manage the parts inventory, source suppliers, and control workshop spending to meet financial targets.</li><li>Uphold Safety Standards: Enforce strict safety protocols for all workshop activities and ensure compliance with all regulations.</li><li>Maintain Records: Use maintenance software to accurately document all repairs, services, and equipment history.</li></ul>What We're Looking For (Requirements):<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing heavy earthmoving equipment.
