Job Description
Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the F&B industry and a passion for driving operational excellence. The Operations Manager will collaborate with store teams, support functions, and senior leadership to enhance customer experiences, optimize processes, and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations
  • Ensure operational excellence across all Joe & The Juice outlets by monitoring service quality, product consistency, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and health and safety regulations.
  • Address operational challenges promptly and implement effective solutions to improve store performance.
  • Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and team members to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for store teams, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Drive employee engagement and create a positive work culture aligned with Joe & The Juice’s values.
  • Sales & Profitability
  • Monitor store performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, to achieve or exceed financial targets.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales, optimize labor costs, and control inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Customer Experience
  • Ensure all outlets deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Joe & The Juice’s brand standards.
  • Act on customer feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Champion the brand’s identity and ensure consistency in all customer interactions.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Analyze operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to senior management on store performance and operational initiatives.
  • Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi food safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to operational and brand standards.
  • Address any compliance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Education

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management within the F&B industry, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and improving store performance.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in operational systems, financial reporting, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
