Operations Manager – Agri Products

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in agricultural inputs or related Agri products to lead our day-to-day operations across African markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless supply chain and process execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead operational execution across logistics, inventory, and supply chain in Agri input markets.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements using lean principles.
• Manage budgets, control operational costs, and monitor performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and manage field and office operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Implement and optimize ERP and inventory management tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of operations management experience, preferably in Ari inputs or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in African markets is a strong plus.
• Proficient in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of lean management, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
