Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our joinery/fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with a background in managing operations in the joinery/fit-out industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operational processes of joinery/fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with the project management team, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures for the operations team.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying and addressing any operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE in operations management within the joinery/fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Proficient in operational planning, problem-solving, and team management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
