
Job Description:
The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing field and office operations through the direct supervision of a specialized team of inspectors conducting regulatory activities on non-governmental real estate operations. This includes daily delegation of inspection tasks according to operational plans, whether they are daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality of inspection visit reports and providing comprehensive support to inspectors to facilitate their regulatory work through ongoing guidance, training, and support. Furthermore, the role requires a commitment to continuous improvement in supervisory and guidance processes to achieve operational excellence for the team. Data and information confidentiality must be maintained, alongside active contributions toward realizing project objectives and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an operational role
- Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate sector
- Proven ability to develop and manage inspection plans and schedules
- Demonstrated experience in performance management and evaluation
- Familiarity with operational standards and best practices within a regulatory framework
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes in inspection activities
- Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective on-the-job training
- Knowledge of data handling and confidentiality protocols
- Competent in using reporting tools and software for performance assessment
Job Responsibilities:
- Assign daily inspection tasks according to operational plans, whether they are daily, weekly, monthly, or annually
- Monitor inspector performance and ensure achievement of their targets by generating periodic performance reports
- Evaluate daily inspection reports issued by inspectors, ensuring they meet operational standards and guidelines
- Provide on-the-job training and support to inspectors, remaining available to answer their inquiries
- Continuously improve supervisory and guidance processes to achieve operational excellence within the team
- Maintain confidentiality of data and information related to inspection activities
- Actively contribute to achieving project goals while adhering to internal policies and procedures
- Facilitate communication between inspectors and other stakeholders involved in operational activities
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to the inspection process based on performance metrics
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings to discuss team performance, challenges, and areas for improvement
