Your main tasks will be:

Operations part (40%):

• Participate on various projects to help the company improving efficiency and/or applying law changes.
• Consult, interact, and collaborate with other offices not only in Saudi Arabia but also with colleagues around the world.
• Identify system improvements and cooperate with operations team to enact change.
• Support and train colleague for internal systems.

Broking Support part (60%):

• Assistance in placement, renewal, and servicing of reinsurance related contracts.
• Maintain effective operations of internal systems and flow of documentation.
• Communication verbally and in written form with clients and reinsurers.

To apply for this offer, you should have:

• Having bachelor or advanced degree.
• Ideal candidate has 1-2 years working experience with operations/administration ideally in insurance/reinsurance, but fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Ability to learn new things and focus on solutions, attention to details.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
