• Design and implement employee experience strategies across the employee lifecycle
• Drive culture, engagement, and wellbeing programs
• Manage internal communication, recognition, and feedback systems
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve onboarding, retention, and development
• Use data to assess employee sentiment and recommend improvements
