Job Description
We are looking to hire for a senior role within the DXI Performance EMEA Team, located in Dubai. It is a newly created role for the Performance practice in the market to establish and lead the function.

As the Performance Marketing Lead for the Middle East (ME) within the DXI Performance EMEA Team, you will be responsible for the development, adaptation, and delivery of specialised performance services tailored to the ME market. This pivotal role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the regional Performance Lead in EMEA to leverage global expertise and customise offerings that cater specifically to the unique needs and nuances of the ME market landscape.
Your primary focus will be on innovation and customisation, utilising global services, products, and strategies developed by our European and US teams, and adapting them to meet local demands. This involves not just replication but innovation—crafting bespoke regional offerings that stand as a testament to our commitment to excellence. You will collaborate extensively with local teams, employing a keen eye to identify market opportunities and tailor services to address them effectively.

Moreover, you will serve as a consultant and strategist for our clients, working in tandem with the broader performance team in EMEA. You will actively participate in shaping strategies, developing innovative approaches, and executing campaigns that drive client success. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new business efforts, contributing your insights and expertise to secure new opportunities in the market.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of Paid Media platforms and Analytics tools. Experience in SEO is a plus.
  • Proven ability to translate data into impactful strategies for clients.
  • Good knowledge and experience of working in the ME market.
Key Skills and Behaviours:
  • Proven track record in building and scaling performance marketing teams and client portfolios.
  • Ability to integrate insights across performance specialities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and business development acumen.
  • Strong organisational skills, efficiently managing multiple responsibilities.
  • At least some agency experience is preferred.
  • Languages: Arabic (native) and English (Business Fluent)
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and expand the Performance Team (Paid, SEO & Analytics) in the ME, focusing on UAE/KSA.
  • Define performance offerings, and strategies across specialties, collaborating with DXI Performance Leads in EMEA and key stakeholders in the ME.
  • Win, lead, and grow DXI Performance clients in ME.
Overall, this role represents a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of defining and shaping the performance marketing landscape in the ME for Edelman. It requires a strategic mindset, an acute understanding of local dynamics, and a commitment to innovation and excellence in delivering tailored, high-impact solutions to our clients.
