Role Overview

Seeking a data-driven marketer to lead and optimize paid media campaigns focused on donor acquisition, retargeting, and sponsorship conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
  • Segment audiences for precise targeting
  • A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Run donor retargeting and CRM-integrated ad flows
  • Track CPL, ROAS, CPS, retention, and funnel drop-offs
  • Optimize seasonal and campaign-specific giving drives
  • Collaborate with content team for creative alignment
  • Benchmark campaign performance vs. peer NGOs
  • Report actionable insights weekly/monthly

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in performance marketing or paid media
  • Strong in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and UTM tracking
  • Experience with donor or cause marketing preferred
  • Analytical mindset, performance-obsessed
  • Able to manage budgets and optimize ROI across channels
