Job Opening: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Fables Interiors is seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to support the MD with day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across the office. This role combines executive assistance with social media management, HR, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to the Managing Director
  • Manage and coordinate the MD’s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle the MD’s and company’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Draft communications, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
  • Support and manage HR and general admin responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and documents
  • Use MS Excel for reporting, data management, and HR tracking

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in an admin/HR support role
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with managing social media platforms
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • UAE Driving License is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
