Duties & Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and responsibly.

• Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.

• Maintain patient medication records and ensure confidentiality.

• Monitor inventory levels and order pharmaceuticals to avoid shortages.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards.

• Manage pharmacy staff and supervise daily operations when required.

• Educate patients on over-the-counter products and health maintenance.

• Conduct regular audits to maintain quality and accuracy.

Job Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).

• Licensed and registered with the relevant pharmaceutical regulatory authority.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and drug interactions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong ethical standards.
