Responsibilities:

• Should have an Understanding related to Exports, especially of Nutraceutical Products.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including new drug applications, product dossiers, variations, and renewals, to health authorities for product registration and approval.
• Review and approve product labeling and packaging materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including accurate and clear information regarding product composition, usage, warnings, and precautions.
• Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international regulations, laws, and guidelines related to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all aspects of product development, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication is required to deal with international customers.
• Understanding of local, national, and international regulations, laws, and guidelines governing the pharmaceutical industry, such as FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and preparing regulatory documents and materials.
• Should have Proactive and Excellent marketing skills to deal with oversea customers.
• Having basic knowledge regarding shipping/Logistics will be a plus point.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex regulatory requirements and provide practical solutions.
