Architectural Design & Leadership:

• Lead the architectural design process for high-rise commercial, residential, and mixed-use towers.
• Ensure compliance with international and local building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions aligned with contemporary architectural trends.
• Review and approve design proposals, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• Guide teams in façade design, structural integrity, space planning, and MEP coordination.

Project Management & Execution:

• Oversee multiple high-rise building projects from concept to completion.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and developers to ensure timely execution.
• Perform quality control reviews, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, budgets, and timeframes.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving strategies for design challenges.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with real estate developers, investors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Present architectural concepts and designs to stakeholders for approval.
• Integrate client requirements into high-rise project designs while maintaining feasibility.
• Lead and mentor junior architects and design teams.

Sustainability & Innovation:

• Incorporate green building standards, smart building technologies, and LEED/BREEAM certifications into designs.
• Drive energy-efficient and sustainable architecture initiatives.
• Stay updated with advancements in materials, AI-based architectural tools, and 3D modeling technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 15 to 20 years of experience with a strong portfolio of high-rise projects (20+ floors).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, BIM software, and 3D visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and façade engineering.
• Expertise in high-rise building codes, local authority approvals, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Membership in professional bodies (e.g., AIA, RIBA, PCATP) is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with international developers, luxury skyscrapers, and iconic urban projects.
• Background in parametric design, modular construction, or smart building integration.
• Familiarity with emerging AI-driven architectural solutions and digital twin technologies.
