Policies, Systems, Process & Procedures
· Full compliance of Company policies, procedures and strategy.
· Recommend improvements to departmental procedures so that all relevant procedure /legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost effective service to customers.
Principal Accountabilities
· Preparation of all legal documents as per the requirement of the company.
· Preparation of all court documents such as MOA, MOU, POA, NOC's affidavits and any other related documents
· Process the documents for all the visa applications such as new employment visas, dependent visas, investor visas, renewals and cancellations
· Preparing online Emirates Id and Medical DHA /MOH Application forms related to government requirements for processing of new/renewed visa applications.
· Coordinate for all work-related transactions with the Municipalities of Abu Dhabi/ Dubai GDRFA, Chamber of Commerce, DED, GPSSA, E-CHANNEL, DHA, MOH, Embassies, Consulates, RTA and other government sectors across UAE
· To prepare E-Dirham, Noqodi and other reports on daily basis and send to Manager.
HSE, Security & Continuity of Operation
· Follow all relevant company's HSE policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure HSE compliance in all aspects of work in accordance with sound management practices by applying these HSE policies and procedures to self and others to take reasonable care for the health and safety of people, or the environment, who are at the employee's place of work who may be affected by the employees acts or omissions at work.
· Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
· Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related Business Continuity.
Continuous Improvement
· Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of process and practices taking into account, the interests and benefits to WFC and its employees.
Reports
· Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company/department requirements, policies and standards.
Other Task
Any other reasonable request of work task as allocated by the business/line manager/customer.
Indicative KPI’s
· Number of fines incurred by the client due to expired documentation.
· Renew all client-associated property leases as required to minimize incidents of fines to the company on yearly basis.
· Renew all licenses/certificates/permits as required to minimize incidents of fines to the company throughout the year.
· Renew client vehicle Registrations and insurances as required to minimize incidents of fines to the company throughout the year.

2. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge & Experience
· Bachelor degree required
· Knowledge of the UAE labour law.
· Knowledge of processing procedures for various licenses.
· Good communication in English; Arabic
· Minimum 4 years of experience, shared service center experience is preferable.
