We are looking for a SaaS Product Associate to support the development, optimization, and growth of our cloud-based software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer needs, and agile product development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure our products deliver exceptional value and user experience.

Key Responsibilities::

• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS offerings.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into user stories, wireframes, and product specs.
• Track and analyze product metrics (e.g., adoption rate, churn, feature usage) to drive data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh Graduates can apply.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Trello, Aha!).
