Role Overview:

As Product Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new and existing products — from concept and formulation to labeling, packaging, compliance, and market launch. The ideal candidate has prior experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical product development, understands regulatory frameworks (DRAP/FDA equivalents), and can collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new nutraceutical products in line with brand vision and market trends.
• Conduct competitive analysis, identify product gaps, and propose innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with formulation scientists, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to develop product concepts.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows for product development projects.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory standards (e.g., DRAP compliance, accurate labeling, claims).
• Oversee packaging design and coordinate labeling, artwork, and copy approvals.
• Work closely with marketing on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launch planning.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and make data-driven recommendations for improvement or iteration.
• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners (labs, agencies, manufacturers).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nutritional Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or development within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of supplement formulation, ingredient sourcing, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (local and international) for health products.
• Project management experience – able to handle multiple product timelines efficiently.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness is a big plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
