We are looking for a skilled Product Owner with strong Business Analysis expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing product lifecycles, working closely with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into actionable product features.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers to ensure product vision aligns with business goals.

· Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most valuable work for the team and aligns with the product roadmap.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and define detailed product features and functionality.

· Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure that requirements are well understood by the development team.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.

· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI designers, engineers, QA teams, and marketing to deliver high-quality product releases.

· Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of product features.

· Evaluate product performance through key metrics and customer feedback, iterating and improving the product based on insights.

· Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and ensuring that products meet their expectations and solve real problems.

· Support the go-to-market strategy, working closely with sales and marketing teams to align product messaging and positioning.

· Drive business value through continuous improvement, assessing how new features align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skills:

· 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a product-driven environment.

· Proven experience working with product companies and managing the entire product lifecycle.

· Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.

· Excellent requirements gathering skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product features.

· Experience with roadmap development, product planning, and backlog management.

· Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management and collaboration tools.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and strategy.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with UX/UI design principles and working closely with design teams.

· Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

· Experience in conducting A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.

· Knowledge of API-driven development and familiarity with technical aspects of product management.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
