Overview:

The Product Owner Head leads the team of product owners within the Product Team, ensuring that all product development efforts are aligned with ADC’s strategic goals and customer needs. The role bridges business strategy and technical execution by managing product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration across delivery squads.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop product owners across multiple squads, ensuring clarity in ownership, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate strategic goals into structured product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Standardize product ownership frameworks and agile rituals across teams.
• Align product planning with commercial, engineering, operations, and marketing functions.
• Ensure backlog prioritization reflects business value, urgency, and feedback loops.
• Monitor product KPIs and drive improvements based on performance and user insights.
• Represent product vision in leadership discussions and planning forums.
• Oversee documentation and governance standards for all product development activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred).

Experience:

• 10+ years in product management, including at least 5 in leadership roles.

Skills:

• Agile product delivery, backlog management, stakeholder alignment, customer-focused design.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, value delivery, and customer-focused design.
