Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Min. 2+ years experience in a logistics, supply chain or warehouse environment. Included previous experience in regulatory affairs.
3. Excellent in Microsoft office as Excel & PowerPoint and able to utilize advanced functions.
4. Strong Experience in assuring product compliance with regulatory requirements, and knowledge of product development and manufacturing.
5. Previous Experience in a program management, product management, risk management, analytics, or business intelligence role.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Process oriented, with high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
8. Ability to manage time effectively to finalize registration documents procedures on time in parallel with purchasing process.

Job Responsibility:

• Manage and control the flow of goods from registration to point of obtaining release for the goods.
• Create and maintain accurate files, reports, trackers, and registration dossiers for registration purposes and archiving.
• Filing and submit applications for products requiring Ministry of Health approval and registration.
• Working closely with purchasing teams to ensure required documents shared for approvals to register and sell the goods.
• Handle the communications with the suppliers in gathering and reviewing the registration documents in accordance with the authorities’ guidelines and regulations.
• Prepare Complete product information file (PIF) with requires documents for registration and release.
• Archive product registration documents in soft and hard copy.
• Review regulatory dossiers and samples for submissions as per regular process.
• Validate data to ensure accuracy and maintain data in our systems of record.
• Review and work discrepancy reports to ensure consistent data within our systems.
• Manage product registration for UAE
• Maintain all UAE registration data and documentations organized and archived for the company
• Coordinating with logistics and buying teams with the required data/documents needed to assist in obtaining shipments certificates and/or releases for beauty and perfume products for export and or import as well as for UAE office.
