Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Engineer (Mechanical) with 1- 2 years of experience in UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in overseeing and managing the progress of various projects while ensuring quality control and compliance with standards, regulations, and safety requirements. This position requires a versatile and proactive individual with a strong background in project management, engineering design, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of engineering projects, ensuring they meet project deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

- Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to the schedule and scope.

- Lead the execution of the project plan, supervising site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on project status, including updates on budget, schedule, safety, and quality metrics.

- Ensure that all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders, are accurately maintained.

- Assist in preparing progress reports for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

- Attend consultant and client meetings, providing updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions.

- Communicate with project stakeholders to resolve any issues or risks that may arise during project execution.

- Liaise with design teams, procurement, and other engineering departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Maintain a strong understanding of industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards to ensure that all work is compliant with relevant laws.

- Monitor safety standards and risk management processes on-site, taking corrective actions as needed.

- Manage and allocate resources efficiently and effectively, ensuring optimal project progress.

- Ensure the project is organized and completed within the specified timeframe and budget.

- Apply advanced time management skills to meet deadlines and milestones while balancing multiple priorities.

- Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in the UAE.

- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment while meeting project deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex engineering issues.
