Technical Sales Engineer &ndash; MEP, HVAC &amp; Civil WorksWe are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to drive the sales of our MEP, HVAC, and Civil Works solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, understanding customer technical requirements, preparing tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to project award. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new sales opportunities for MEP, HVAC, and Civil Works projects.</li><li>Meet with clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.</li><li>Recommend suitable technical solutions based on customer needs.</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure accurate project execution.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of proven experience in technical sales.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge and sales experience in MEP, HVAC, and Civil Works.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Engineering (preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong technical and commercial problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is required.</li></ul>Pay: From AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
