• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with deadlines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and schedules for IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, system migrations, and security implementations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., software developers, system architects, network engineers, QA testers) to ensure seamless collaboration and task delivery.
