We are on the lookout for a Project Manager for real estate projects with 8-10 years of experience based in the UAE , to become an integral part of our team.

Job Description

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and contractors nomination.

Coordinate with design department, project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.

.Checking cost estimates and budgets, and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.

Review and approve project invoices, change orders, and other project expenditures.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage financial risks. Maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines and milestones.

Monitor progress against the project schedule and adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate project activities with contractor to minimize delays and disruptions.

Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet performance standards and contractual obligations. Should have good contacts and connections with suppliers and subcontractors.

Ensure that all resources are used efficiently and effectively.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the project meets all specifications and standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.

Act as the primary point of contact between the management, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and potential issues to management.

Prepare and present project reports, including financial summaries, progress reports.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Ensure compliance with all local, authorities and standards.

Oversee the completion and submission of required permits and approvals

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

2. Must Have experience of G+4 or higher buildings in Dubai.

3. Must have UAE Driving license.
