Job Summary:
Nestwood Realty is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance and market insights. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property prices, and legal requirements.
• Generate and follow up on leads to grow the client base.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and new developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
• Prepare and present property listings with accurate details and appealing descriptions.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar sales role (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
• A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
