Job Title: Professional Services Manager
Location: Bahrain
About the Role: As the Professional Services Manager at NCR, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing critical service relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. Your deep understanding of our clients' needs, combined with your strategic mindset and technical expertise, will empower you to create tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. You will manage a diverse team, navigate complex projects, and maintain strong relationships with top decision-makers, all while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of industry trends, NCR’s products and services, and client requirements.
- Lead the delivery of technical consulting services for NCR’s customers in the banking and financial services sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer accounts, from initial engagement to project completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new business opportunities and customer growth.
- Provide leadership and coaching to implementation teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Identify potential risks and proactively manage delivery issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in IT consulting, project management, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale service delivery, business development, and customer relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in Arabic and English), with a track record of engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience in the banking/financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong technical acumen, with knowledge of industry standards and the ability to solve complex issues independently.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in IT program/portfolio management and delivery.
- Native Arabic language skill is a must.
- Bahraini nationality is an advantage.
