Position Summary
As a Field Service Technician 1, you will represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers&rsquo; locations. Technicians will problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU), organize and plan their time effectively, and know when and to whom to escalate issues to. You&rsquo;ll apply the knowledge that you learn during your on-the-job training to resolve task related problems in straightforward situations emphasizing manual skills. Most importantly, you will be responsible for providing consistent and clear communication using our service app to maintain customer satisfaction. 
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs. You will learn this on Day 1.</li><li>
Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications on our training website.</li><li>
Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.</li><li>
Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.</li><li>
Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.</li><li>
Maintain parts inventory and related records.</li><li>
Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must reside in the specified geographic area.</li><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Must be authorized to work in the US.</li><li>
Must have a high level of personal integrity and work well with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills, be able to pick up new skills quickly, and work well under pressure.</li><li>
Possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.</li><li>
