 We are looking for a talented recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for generating and maintaining an active candidate pipeline to fill positions. These activities include sourcing passive candidates from a variety of recruitment channels, proactive outreach, referral generation as well as managing the expectations of hiring managers.

 Run full recruitment cycle for MEA region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with hiring managers and senior HR leaders to move candidates along the selection and hiring process.

 Drive focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal RMS, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, etc.
 </li>

 Successfully source active and passive candidates for assigned searches.

 Assist and execute in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.

 Develop relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to drive a best in class recruiting process to ensure positions are filled within time to fill goals.

 Complete pre-screen assessments on candidates that meet the minimum requirements for assigned positions.

 Provide detailed summaries to hiring managers of candidates passing the initial screening process.

 Proactive recruiting to build talent pipeline for future opportunities.

 Follow established processes designed to ensure candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process meet a high standard level of communication, courtesy and follow up.

 1+ years of recruitment experience working in a corporate environment preferred or a combination of corporate and agency environments

 Experience generating candidates form a variety of sourcing channels not limited to job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing specialized recruiting programs, candidate management, client management, vendor &amp; agency management, immigration policy, legal &amp; compliance issues, compensation and candidate negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The role of Professional Services Consultant is crucial for the successful delivery of NCR Atleos Professional Services projects. Its responsibilities consist of the following:

 Install, configure and troubleshoot NCR Atleos software solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare technical design documentation based on requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare test cases based on technical design documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute test cases on self service terminals

 Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases
 </li>

 Identify and report test environment issues and follow up with customer's team to ensure timely resolution

Position Summary &amp; Key Areas of Responsibility
<ul><li>Analyze and reconcile accounts to the general ledger on monthly basis; generate monthly trial balance; prepare year-end accruals and adjustments; prepare and reverse entries and closes the general ledger

Security Officer (Physical Security Operations)
 
Experience: 8&ndash;10 Years
Role Purpose
 
The Security Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end physical security operations, including day-to-day security activities, manpower deployment, creation and implementation of SOPs, vendor coordination, monthly billing validation, and management of security automation systems. The role requires strong operational control, process orientation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
 
1. Physical Security Operations
<ul><li>Manage day-to-day physical security operations across assigned sites/facilities.
</li><li>Ensure protection of employees, visitors, assets, and infrastructure.
</li><li>Oversee access control, perimeter security, surveillance, and patrolling activities.
</li><li>Conduct routine inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
</li></ul>2. Manpower Management &amp; Deployment
<ul><li>Plan, deploy, and supervise security manpower as per operational and risk requirements.
</li><li>Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, relievers, and leave planning.
</li><li>Monitor guard performance, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
</li><li>Address issues related to absenteeism, misconduct, and operational gaps.
</li></ul>3. SOP Development &amp; Compliance
<ul><li>Create, implement, and periodically review security SOPs and post orders, including:
</li><li>Visitor management
</li><li>Material movement (inward/outward)
</li><li>Access control procedures
</li><li>Emergency response and incident handling
</li><li>Ensure SOP compliance through training, audits, and mock drills.
</li><li>Maintain documentation for audits and management review.
</li></ul>4. Security Automation &amp; Systems
<ul><li>Manage and monitor security automation systems such as:
</li><li>CCTV and Video Management Systems (VMS)
</li><li>Access Control Systems (ACS)
</li><li>Alarm and intrusion detection systems
</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
</li><li>Ensure system uptime, reporting, and basic first-level issue resolution.
</li></ul>5. Vendor Management &amp; Monthly Billing
<ul><li>Coordinate with security service providers and related vendors.
</li><li>Validate monthly security bills, attendance sheets, OT claims, and deployment strength.
</li><li>Ensure billing accuracy as per contract, SLA, and approved manpower.
</li><li>Highlight discrepancies and follow up for corrective action.
</li></ul>6. Incident Management &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Respond to security incidents, breaches, thefts, and emergencies.
</li><li>Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare incident reports with root-cause analysis.
</li><li>Recommend corrective and preventive measures.
</li><li>Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when required.
</li></ul>7. Reporting &amp; MIS
<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports and MIS.
</li><li>Track incidents, manpower, audits, automation uptime, and billing data.
</li><li>Present observations and improvement plans to management.
</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of physical security operations
</li><li>Experience in manpower management and deployment
</li><li>SOP drafting and process implementation skills
</li><li>Working knowledge of CCTV, ACS, VMS, and security automation
</li><li>Vendor coordination and billing validation experience
</li><li>Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills
</li><li>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic reporting tools
</li></ul>Qualification
<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
</li><li>Defense, paramilitary, or professional security background is an advantage
</li><li>Relevant security or safety certifications are an added advantage
</li><li>Experience Requirement
</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of relevant experience in physical security operations
</li><li>Experience in corporate offices, factories, pharma, IT parks, or large facilities preferred
</li><li>Exposure to multi-site operations and security automation is highly desirable
