Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and supply chain challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers for optimal collaboration.

• Prepare precise and comprehensive purchasing reports for management to aid strategic planning.

• Evaluate the performance of suppliers and recommend improvements for future engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis software for informed decision-making.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance for adherence in procurement.
• Experience with procurement software and electronic purchasing systems advantageous.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
