Urgent Requirement- Quantity Surveyor – with Oil and gas Experience. 01 No's

* The salary will depend on your experience, with a starting minimum of 650 OMR.

* 9 hours duty

• Bachelor's in civil engineering - Experience minimum 5-7 years in construction projects in oil and gas concessions and Roads and culverts, Earth works.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques and Oman - market rates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Planning, Execution, Costing, Estimation & Quotations for Civil & MEP Works.
• Fluent in English.
• Software Skills: Auto cad, MS office & Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying. Planning skills will be an add-on.
• Good Experience in BOQ preparation, Quantity Surveying, Estimation & Tendering for oil and gas projects.
• Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.
• Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.
• Tender document preparations and related support services.
