This is a field-based leadership role, ideal for professionals who excel in on-ground sales execution, people management, and operational accountability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Drive sales growth of frozen meat and chicken products across:</li><li>Cafeterias</li><li>Butcheries</li><li>Restaurants</li><li>Foodservice and retail customers</li><li>Actively visit customers to develop new accounts and strengthen existing business relationships</li><li>Plan, implement, and manage daily van sales routes and customer coverage plans</li><li>Lead and supervise branch personnel including:</li><li>Route Salesmen</li><li>Drivers</li><li>Helpers / Loaders</li><li>Take full responsibility for branch inventory and warehouse stock management</li><li>Ensure accurate daily sales, cash handling, and stock reconciliation</li><li>Close daily books and ensure timely and accurate reporting</li><li>Utilize company systems such as ERP, Excel, and reporting tools for sales and inventory management</li><li>Take complete ownership of branch performance as a profit center, ensuring achievement of sales targets and operational discipline</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proven experience in sales and distribution of frozen meat and/or chicken products in Oman</li><li>Strong understanding of the local market, HORECA segment, and customer base</li><li>Hands-on experience managing van routes, drivers, and field sales teams</li><li>Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good computer proficiency including ERP systems, Excel, and email tools</li><li>Disciplined, detail-oriented, and strong in reporting and operational controls</li><li>Valid Omani driving license</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Branch Supervisor

Location: OmanWe are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations.
