• Create innovative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate properties.
• Develop design plans, floor layouts, color schemes, furniture selections, and material specifications to enhance the appeal and functionality of spaces.
• Ensure all designs align with company standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project milestones from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source furniture, fixtures, and materials.
• Meet with clients to discuss design ideas and requirements, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project.
• Provide expert advice on design elements, layout, and materials, and make adjustments based on feedback.
• Prepare and present mood boards, design concepts, and 3D renderings to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of design specifications, budget tracking, and project status reports.
