Responsibilities and Duties

• The Project Manager is responsible for managing all jobs of all aspects of emergency and restoration claims

• Will work with Project crews closely to ensure all stages of jobs are completed within the necessary timelines and within budget from beginning to end.

• Prepare, negotiate and execute work orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders

• Set standards for high-quality workmanship and assist in worker development and performance

• Manage job schedules and oversee in-house labor

• Handle customer inquiries and questions as a priority to provide service

• Developing and ensuring the construction timelines are met

• Overcome technical, service, price, and scheduling objections of prospective customers

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with the support of the Division Manager, and return all customer phone calls by the end of each business day

• Always ensure customer satisfaction

• Assist with other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Management Team

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Effective team player

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in the construction of residential and commercial buildings

• Strong computer and organizational skills

• Ability to manage several projects at any given time, with a continuous focus on financial results, will be key to success

• $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
