As a <b>Commercial Cleaning Supervisor</b>, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in leading our cleaning team to success. Your responsibilities include:<br>
</div><ul><li><b>Team Leadership:</b> Organize employee shifts, assign tasks, and adjust schedules as needed.</li>
<li><b>Training &amp; Development:</b> Teach team members ServiceMaster&rsquo;s standards, products, and procedures to maintain excellence.</li>
<li><b>Quality Assurance:</b> Conduct inspections, provide constructive feedback, and ensure tasks are completed to our high standards.</li>
<li><b>Customer Care:</b> Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and concerns.</li>
<li><b>Compliance &amp; Safety:</b> Enforce safety and OSHA regulations to protect your team.</li>
</ul><div><b>What You Bring to the Team:</b><br>
</div><ul><li><b>Supervisory Experience:</b> 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry.</li>
<li><b>Communication Skills:</b> English proficiency is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.</li>
<li><b>Work Ethic:</b> A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li><b>Physical Stamina:</b> The role requires standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.<br>
