Job Description
Perform a variety of recruitment and nationalization related activities such as candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, conducting studies on nationalization etc. in order to select and recruit high caliber talent to meet business demands while contributing to the achievement of nationalization targets in line with Dolphin Energy’s HR objectives.

1)

Develop and maintain professional relations with local, regional, and international recruitment agencies to ensure that right caliber professionals are selected and attracted to Dolphin Energy.



2)

Liaise with the Communication department in order to participate in regular graduate recruiting cycles that will involve events on campus, participating in employment conferences and job fairs in order to effectively represent Dolphin Energy’s brand and attract high quality nationals.



3)

Assist the Manager Nationalization, Recruiting & Manpower Planning in the development of an annual recruitment and nationalization plan to outline the most appropriate strategies and approaches for identifying and selecting high caliber national talent into required roles in a timely manner.



4)

Coordinate with HR Business Partners on functional recruitment needs and identifies whether there are suitable internal available resources to fill vacant positions to facilitate a culture of internal transfers/ promotions and support national development.



5)

Implement selection and recruitment strategies, tools, techniques, and methodologies, and provides support to the HR Business Partners and Line Managers in the assessment of potential candidates in order to ensure consistency across the organization.



6)

Screen and identify external and internal applicants for job openings to ensure that the qualifications required for the respective vacancy match with the selected applicant.

Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. pre and post recruitment are in order and as per the required standards established for the selection of the right people into the target roles.



8)

Develop, maintain and implement professional, overseas, outsourced recruitment and related processes such as assessment centers and psychometric testing for external candidates, interviews, CVs gathering and screening, etc. in coordination with the concerned division, to ensure uniformity in the quality and selection of candidates.



9)

Act as the liaison between the business and the candidates reviewing offer letters and undertaking negotiations under the guidance of the Manager Nationalization, Recruiting & Manpower Planning in order to facilitate successful recruitment.


10)

Manage the on-boarding process of new hires to ensure the required orientation programs and ID cards are provided in a timely manner under the guidance of the Manager Recruitment and Nationalization.



11)

Conduct studies of nationalization issues, trends, practices and present findings to Manager Nationalization, Recruiting & Manpower Planning for further action.



12)

Manage the various recruitment related processes including the TPP/CONA sponsorship process, summer trainee process, the internship process, the sponsorship process, as well as the employee referral process in an efficient manner.



13)

Conduct all recruitment processes including screening and selecting internal and external applicants, scheduling interviews, monitoring psychometric tests and interpret results based on selection criteria.



14)

Manage the induction, on boarding process ensuring the process is comprehensive and new employees are provided with the required guidance on joining.



15)

Act as liaison between candidates, internal customers, and HRBP ensuring consistent and efficient communication to ensure an effective process.



16)

Escalate any identified significant problems to management in order to ensure proper action is taken.



17)

Maintain and update proper records and reports to ensure availability of pertinent data for decision making.
