<div><div><div><b>PRIMARY </b><b>purpose</b></div>
<div>
Conduct installation, maintenance, engineering and testing of a wide range of electronic installations, instrumentation, control and automation systems in Dolphin Energy&rsquo;s Ras Laffan plant.</div>
<div><b>
RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<div>
<ul><li>Conduct installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and engineering of a wide range of electronic installations, instrumentation, control and automation systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with the instrument and control Supervisor and obtain approved &ldquo;Permit to work&rdquo;, necessary tools and spare parts to carry out required instrumentation and control maintenance, installation or modification work, ensuring all work is completed according to specific instructions, applicable methods and procedures, and in compliance with QHSE standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Carry out the routine predictive and preventive maintenance checks on various electronic installations, instrumentation, control and automation systems, including verifications tests and test runs after maintenance and troubleshooting.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate major shutdown maintenance or overhaul work including the dismantling, repair, part change, checking, cleaning, and reassembly of any instrumenation and control systems and equipment, to ensure the instrument and control unit functions effectively.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform installation of new electronic equipment, instrumentation and control systems and implement any equipment / system modifications as per specific instructions received from instrument and control Supervisor.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee and update the maintenance logbook, recording details of the works carried out/completed, including defaults, problems, various findings and conditions of all equipment and systems</li></ul>
<ul><li>Comply with all company Health, Safety &amp; Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, in addition to participating in all HSE meetings and company QHSE promotional programs and reporting all accidents, incidents or near misses to supervisor/manager or to the QHSE Department if supervisor/manager is not available.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in on-the-job training and development of assigned Qatari and UAE nationals, in addition to monitoring their progress and making recomendations on how to support their learning and progression.</li></ul>

<div><b>Minimum Educational Requirements / Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Diploma in relevant discipline.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Minimum Experience:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>5 years of relevant experience in instrument and control maintenance, including at least 2 years in as a technician in installation, maintenance and engineering of electronic equipment and installations in gas or petrochemical production plant.</li></ul></div></div>

I&C Technician 1

<div><div><div><b>PRIMARY </b><b>purpose :</b>
</div><div>Carry out installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of a wide range of electrical installations and equipment in Dolphin Energy&rsquo;s Ras Laffan plant and offshore platforms.</div>
<div><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>
<ul><li><i>Carry out </i><i>installation, maintenance, </i><i>trouble shooting</i><i> and repair of a wide range of </i><i>high and low voltage equipment, switchgears, control panels, UPS systems, variable speed drives, generators, motors, transformers, protection relays, lighting systems and laboratory equipment</i><i>, etc.</i></li>
<li><i>Coordinate with the Electrical Supervisor and obtain approved &ldquo;Permit to work&rdquo;, necessary tools and spare parts to carry out required instrumentation and control</i><i> maintenance, installation or modification work, ensuring all work is completed according to specific instructions, applicable methods and procedures, and in compliance with QHSE standards.</i></li>
<li><i>Carry out the routine predictive and preventive maintenance checks on various electrical equipment including various types of batteries, including verifications tests, readings, protection relays testing / calibrations and technical testing of equipment after repairs.</i></li>
<li><i>Coordinate major shutdown maintenance or overhaul work including the dismantling, repair, part change, checking, cleaning, and reassembly of </i><i>low and high voltage motors and starters, high and low voltage switchgears and feeder breakers, including changing low and high voltage motors bearings,</i><i> to ensure the electrical unit of field maintenance functions effectively.</i></li>
<li>Perform installation of new electronic equipment and machineries and implement any equipment / system modifications as per specific instructions received from Electrical Supervisor.</li>
<li>Oversee and update the maintenance logbook, recording details of the works carried out/completed, including defaults, problems, various findings and conditions of all machines.</li></ul><br>
