Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring talent. The ideal candidate should be eager to grow in the HR field and contribute to building a high-performing team by managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
  • Post job ads on relevant platforms and monitor applicant flow
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems (e.g., ATS)
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus drives (if applicable)
  • Generate weekly recruitment status reports for internal review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Good understanding of hiring processes and employment practices
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of basic HR tools or applicant tracking systems is a plus
