Key Responsibilities.

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple showrooms, ensuring consistency in customer service, product availability, and visual merchandising.
  • Implement operational procedures and maintain compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and optimize showroom performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets across all managed showrooms.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure optimal stock availability and maintain an effective sell-through rate.
  • Supervise and support showroom managers, guiding them in achieving business objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure team motivation and engagement.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all showrooms.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to roll out brand campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
  • Monitor and ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly across all showrooms.
  • Execute localized marketing strategies to boost foot traffic and sales.
  • Ensure proper stock levels in each showroom based on demand and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits and minimize shrinkage/losses.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline stock distribution.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on showroom performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with the brands corporate guidelines and operational standards.
  • Uphold the brand standards and retail policies across all locations.
  • Ensure all legal and safety regulations are adhered to in each showroom.
  • Act as a key representative of the brand in interactions with stakeholders.

Skills

  • Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills
  • Must have the ability to use database marketing and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have customer service skills
  • Must have the ability to drive.
  • Bi-lingual skills is an advantage.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the supervisory roles.
