   Prepare, Set-up, Operate and Maintain &nbsp;the press:
  </li>
  <li>
    &nbsp; &nbsp;Installation of the printing plate with the images to be printed and adjusts the pressure at which the machine prints&nbsp;
   <br/>
    &nbsp; &nbsp;loads paper and adjust the press to the paper size
   <br/>
    &nbsp; &nbsp;Feeds paper through the press cylinders and adjust feed and tension controls
   <br/>
    &nbsp; &nbsp;Fills ink and dampening solution fountains of press.
   <br/>
    &nbsp; &nbsp;Adjust to manage ink distribution, speed and temperature
  </li>
  <li>
   Adjusts press machine parts&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Regularly inspect press machine for any malfunctions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Performs maintenance task on the printing machine
  </li>
  <li>
   Performs troubleshooting on minor machine issues such as creaking sounds etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with the in-house maintenance team for any machine malfunctions&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Cleaning of the printing press and peripherals
  </li>
  <li>
   Other duties as maybe assigned by the Supervisor
  </li>
  <li>
   Records machine error history and how it was corrected as reference for &nbsp;analysis to easily identify future errors
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor and analyse machine behaviour from time to time
  </li>
  <li>
   Coaches and mentors subordinates when required
  </li>
  <li>
   Train press operators and share techniques and best practices
  </li>
  <li>
   Set time aside to do online research on specific machine being used to acquire additional information other than available in manual.
  </li>
  <li>
   Initiate interest to cross train with other operators handling different press machine to enhance skills &nbsp;
  </li>

  OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

 This position is individually involved in achieving short term objectives and goals of the brand. The role is responsible to meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly/ Quarterly and yearly forecasts, to direct all efforts to maximizing the profitably of all revenue streams, and to develop a network of contacts of potential customers as well as to deliver high end customer experience.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

   Act as a Brand Ambassador in delivering an excellent experience for our customers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closes sales as per Technogym standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Records sales and order information into customer sales order system, Salesforce.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain good product knowledge.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintains and develops current CRM database and accounts&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides professional customer experience to clients, aide &amp; advice the right products, ensure seamless organization of after sales service.
  </li>
  <li>
   Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures the store standards (merchandising, service, displays) are in place prior to the trading hours.
  </li>
  <li>
   Introduces and demonstrates new products to the customers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Delivers the right solutions for the client usage such as product selection and layout and design of the client premises.
  </li>
  <li>
   Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  </li>
  <li>
   Constantly promote a unique and memorable shopping experience (customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude)
  </li>
  <li>
   Reports on customer feedback to the management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Adheres to professional business etiquette and meets professional responsibilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Implementation of marketing activities at store level to increase visibility etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaises with the technical team and shared services to ensure a seamless experience to the customers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceed all behavioral requirements adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines
  </li>
