Job Description

We’re working with a leading regional technology provider that delivers cutting-edge enterprise IT solutions to government and large enterprise clients. As they continue to expand their footprint in the UAE, they are looking to hire an experienced Sales Account Manager to focus on strategic public sector accounts .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value public sector customers across the UAE.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft and position complex IT solutions, including infrastructure, cloud, digital transformation, and managed services.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, technology trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and account growth objectives.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Based in Dubai , with at least 5+ years of experience managing public sector clients in the UAE.
  • Proven track record in enterprise IT sales—ideally covering solutions such as infrastructure, cloud or digital transformation services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Arabic language skills are required.
