Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Responsibilities:
  • Actively identify, prospect, and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients in collaboration with senior management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Customer Support Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
  • Address customer complaints and provide resolutions that align with company policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Provide guidance on product features, usage, and best practices to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling post-sale follow-ups, training, and addressing any concerns.
  • Technical Support (if applicable):
  • Assist customers with technical product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for more complex technical support or product issues.
  • Product Knowledge & Training:
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and market demands.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and preferences.
  • Conduct training and workshops for customers to ensure they are utilizing the product/service effectively.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and support activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts as required.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide regular feedback to the management team.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to achieve company goals and improve sales strategies.
  • Attend internal meetings to share insights on customer feedback, sales opportunities, and product improvements.
