Sales Director - Facilities Management

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director - Facilities Management to join our team and lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure maximum performance and productivity
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide sales reports to the senior management team
• Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a Director or Lead role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Facility management sector: mainly in sales not in services
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the cleaning and hygiene industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
