Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with experience in Aluminum and Facade systems to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with sales experience in the construction and building materials industry, specifically focused on aluminum and facade products. A valid UAE driver’s license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell aluminum and facade solutions to contractors, architects, and construction companies.
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets within the UAE construction industry.
• Conduct detailed product presentations, site visits, and technical consultations with clients, ensuring they are informed about the benefits and features of aluminum and facade solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals based on client requirements and specifications.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking to expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with the technical team and other departments to ensure project requirements are met.
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project progress to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the UAE market.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, specifically within the aluminum and facade industry in the UAE.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of aluminum and facade systems, materials, applications, and installation processes.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships within the UAE construction market.
• UAE Driver’s License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with a solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
