KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase, expanding its direct presence in seven regions. KONE seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Modernization Sales Engineer to join our office. To complement our growth plans, Modernization sales is a strategic priority for our Business.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to be based in our Doha, Qatar office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.
A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty. Hence, we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who can influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills. Ideally, we are looking for somebody who has good knowledge of the service industry.

Are you the one?
University degree holder
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management & Business Development
Elevator & Escalator sales experience is preferred
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
Fluent in Arabic and English communication, presentation, negotiation, and solution selling skills
