Sales Executive – Media & Marketing

Wave Media, a creative agency specializing in content creation, digital marketing, and brand strategy, is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you’re a go-getter with a strong track record in media/marketing sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with potential clients in the media and marketing industry.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and account retention.
• Pitch tailored media and marketing solutions, including content creation, social media packages, and advertising services.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Regularly update and manage the company’s CRM system with lead status, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align sales efforts with campaign strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in media/marketing sales – this is mandatory.
• Native Arabic speaker – this is mandatory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in presenting and closing deals.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• UAE driving license is a plus.
