Summary
The Sales Executive is primarily responsible for developing new business opportunities whilst assisting in the management of the existing Corporate and MICE accounts.
As a Sales Executive, He /She is responsible for soliciting, selling, and contracting rooms within the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
- To enhance the volume of corporate business levels, the Business group and MICE. By focusing on attracting new clients from both current and potential sources.
- To achieve established monthly performance goals – including appointments, account management calls, client meetings, and revenue objectives as determined by your supervisor.
- To operate efficiently throughout the RFP process to guarantee that all rate loading is finished by the designated dates.
- To suggest joining pertinent industry associations, sales excursions, and trade shows that will aid the hotel in meeting the established budget.
- Participate in and support internal marketing events, familiarization trips, client appreciation evenings, presentations, site visits, and promotional efforts.
- Stay informed about the hotel's primary competitors, their customer interactions, significant accounts, corresponding pricing, and any developments related to the properties.
- To meet various KPI's concerning appointments, client engagement, and account growth.
- To reach new business objectives and oversee an established portfolio of current accounts to maintain and grow the business.
- Participate in and support internal marketing events, familiarization tours, client hospitality nights, presentations, site tours, and promotional efforts.
- Generate necessary reports on finalized sales activities, encompassing information on in-person client meetings, presentations, familiarization trips, and any other pertinent client engagement.
- Revise and uphold sales contact directories and accounts.
- Aid office administration by ensuring all accounts possess the required documentation, contracts, contact forms, and current Account Development Plans on file. Every account must maintain a comprehensive and current ADP.
- Maintain ongoing awareness of the hotel’s financial status and sales strategy in relation to the prior year and the current budget
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of advancing hotel sales experience is a high-end brands in the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated skill in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with all guests and clients.
- Convey ideas, actions, and possibilities effectively with robust networking abilities.
- Capacity to demonstrate leadership through actions, foster a robust team culture, and create an environment conducive to exceptional performance.
- Proficient in computer skills with expertise in MS Office Suite, knowledge of Opera is a plus
- Knowledge of virtual tools for sales and customer interaction.
- Outstanding abilities in communication and negotiation.
- Excellent skills in interpersonal relations and problem-solving.
- Eager, resilient under pressure, and proficient communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages would be beneficial.
