Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, with a focus on interior fit-out and architectural projects across the KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and project engagement. A valid KSA driver’s license is essential, as the role involves frequent site visits and face-to-face client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out, architecture, and interior design sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.

Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and client meetings to assess requirements and present tailored solutions.

Work closely with the design and estimation teams to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.

Lead negotiations and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight company strengths and differentiators.

Generate and maintain sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and activity tracking for management review.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the KSA fit-out or architectural industry.

Valid KSA driving license with flexibility to travel frequently across project locations.

Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, project lifecycles, construction terminology, and client needs.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term business relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month
