Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in interior fit-out and architectural projects to join our Riyadh-based team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing business relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This role requires a hands-on sales professional with deep industry knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead projects from initial contact through to successful closing. A valid KSA driving license is essential due to the field-based nature of the position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior fit-out, architecture, and construction sectors.
  • Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Site Engagement: Conduct site visits and client meetings to gather project requirements and provide tailored product and service presentations.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals.
  • Sales Closure: Lead negotiations, close deals, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging product innovations.
  • Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of leads, sales pipeline, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and professional networking forums.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the fit-out, architectural, or construction industry within KSA.
  • License: Valid KSA driving license with willingness to travel regularly to project sites and client meetings.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fit-out materials, construction processes, project stages, and client expectations.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage the sales cycle, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Work Style: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month
