Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new fleet business opportunities across B2B channels, including corporate clients, government entities, leasing, rental companies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing fleet customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Present vehicle features, offers, and financing options tailored to fleet clients' needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts, and negotiate terms to close deals in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the logistics, finance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and documentation.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
  • Participate in tenders and RFPs from government or corporate sectors, and follow through on documentation and timelines.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of leads, pipeline status, and monthly sales achievements in CRM.
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns by attending industry exhibitions, events, or client visits as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of fleet sales experience with an authorized automotive dealership in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of passenger cars petrol ideally and electric is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
